Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can return any item purchased on our e-commerce within 14 days of the delivery date. To do so, just send us an email to info@sembastore.com. We will send you all the information and the returns address once we have received your return or exchange request.
All returns must be shipped to us using a trackable shipping method.
The cost of returns shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days to be processed.
All items must be returned unworn with original tags attached. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. All refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method used.
